Some brands are born from business plans. REBUILD ERA was born from survival.
Last year was the hardest of my life. The end of the most important relationship I'd ever had. A breakdown. Depression. A version of myself I barely recognised. There were days when getting up felt like the biggest achievement possible — and some days, it wasn't possible at all.
But somewhere in the middle of all that darkness, I made a decision. Not to be okay — I wasn't ready for that. Just to fight. For myself. On every level.
I started moving my body. Eating better. Meditating. Reading books that slowly helped me make sense of the chaos in my head. I'm still in that process. I don't have it all figured out. But I'm here, and I'm building — myself, and now this brand.
REBUILD ERA is for people who decided to fight for themselves.
Not the people who have it together. The ones who are in the middle of putting themselves back together — physically, mentally, spiritually, emotionally. The ones who chose themselves when everything else fell apart.
