All REBUILD ERA products are made to order — each piece is produced specifically for you.

We accept returns for:

• Damaged or defective items
• Wrong item received

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos at hello@rebuild-era.com.

Size exchanges: We understand sizing can be tricky. If you're unsure, check our size guide on the product page before ordering. Unfortunately, we're unable to offer exchanges for size or change of mind due to the made-to-order nature of our products.

We're a small brand that cares — if something goes wrong, we'll always do our best to make it right.
